真空烧结多孔钛基体表面微弧氧化制备TiO2涂层的骨结合能力评价

摘    要:目的评价真空烧结多孔钛基体表面微弧氧化(MAO)制备TiO2涂层表面的生物活性及骨结合力。方法将钛珠烧结的多孔钛基体上通过MAO的方法制备含Si、Ca、Na元素的生物活性涂层的种植体,植入兔右胫骨内,左胫骨植入对照组实体纯钛和MAO实体钛种植体。分别在4、8、12w处死,采用XRD、SEM、EDS等方法对涂层进行表征,顶出试验检测表面骨结合强度。结果 X射线影像学评估显示兔胫骨股腔内均未出现阴影位置,说明MAO多孔钛植入与骨表面相容性良好。植体顶出试验测试结果 4、8、12 w植入后的多孔钛MAO种植体与骨的结合力平均为15.63±1.04MPa,高于纯钛种植体平均为5.42±1.19 MPa和实体钛MAO种植体平均为9.76±1.03 MPa。XRD测试表明涂层主要为锐钛矿相,钛的衍射峰来自于钛基体。EDS测试表明种植体层表面成功引入Si、Ca、Na元素。结论真空烧结多孔钛基体表面MAO制备TiO2涂层的种植体与骨组织具有良好的结合力。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the biological activity and bone binding capacity of TiO2 coating on vacuum sintered porous titanium substrate's surface by using micro-arc oxidation technique. Methods The titanium beads were sintered on the porous titanium substrate using the elements Si, Ca and Na for coating while th by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) technique. Implants were implanted into the rabbit's right tibias, e left tibias were implanted by pure titanium implants (control) and MAO titanium implants. Rab- bits were executed at 4, 8 and 12 weeks after the implantation. XRD, SEM and EDS were used to charac-terize the mechanical properties and the bone s images didn' t show any cavities or sha the porous titanium implants modified urface binding strength. Results Assessment of X - ray the rabbit' s tibias, illustrating good compatibility between -arc oxidation and bone surface. Mechanical properties rous titanium micro -arc oxidation implants with bone was test showed that the average binding force of po 15.63 -± 1.19 MPa after 4, 8 and 12 weeks respective (5.42 ± 1.03MPa) and entities titanium micro- arc ly,which was higher than that of titanium implant oxidation implant (9.67 ±1.03 MPa). XRD test showed that the coating was mainly anatase form of titanium dioxide. The diffraction peaks appeared be- cause of the porous titanium substrate. The EDS test showed that Si, Ca and Na were successfully intro- duced into the implant coating. Conclusions Vacuum sintered porous titanium substrate by micro -arc oxidation of titanium dioxide coated implants has a good binding capacity with the bone tissue.
