| 摘 要： | 目的:观察美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法治疗组60例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上加服美托洛尔,初始剂量为6.25mgBidpo;对照组60例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者单用常规治疗;疗程为4周。心功能改善Ⅱ级或以上为显效;心功能改善Ⅰ级为有效;无变化或恶化为无效。结果治疗组显效41例(显效率68.9%),有效11例,总有效率88%,无效8例占(12%);对照组显效24例(显效率40%),有效18例,总有效率70%:无效18例占30%。两组比较总有效率有差异显著(P<0.05)。结论治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭,加用美托洛尔能显著提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:Abstrast:Objective Curative Value of Treatment on Chronic Congestive Heart Failure with Metoprolol.Methods:60 cases of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure with common practice and Metoprolol 6.25mg(the first time),Bid po for 4 weeks;Control group,60 cases of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure with common practice only,for 4weeks;Observe improve degree of.Heart Failure.Results:The tolal effective rate was 88% in observe group and 70% in control group.Conclusion Treatment on Congestive Heart Failure increasing with Metoprolol is better than with common practice only. |
