| Abstract: | Various anomalies of coronary arterial origin have been described. These anatomical variations are discovered either by coronary angiography or at autopsy. We are reporting a case of anomalous origin of the right coronary artery above the left sinus of Valsalva. To our knowledge, this anomaly has not been described before. A technique for selectively catheterizing such an aberrant coronary artery is described. |
