~(99m)Tc-DTPA肾动态显像的同时快速法测定GFR的初步评价

摘    要:45例肾功能状态不同患者~(99m)Tc-DTPA肾动态显像的同时快速法测定肾小球滤过率(GFR)。结果提示此法测定的GFR值能快速、简便、准确地定量反映总肾和分肾的受损程度;可早期发现肾功能损害;同时还能结合肾动脉血流灌注肾形态、大小及尿路排泄等资料综合分析。

Abstract:GFR from 45 patients with different level of renal function has been determined with ~(99m)Tc-DTPA renography. The result showed that advantages of this method were rapid, simple and accurate in the estimation of GFR. It may show global and slit renal function by quantitative estimation and early find the impairment of renal function. It can also combine the data of renal blood flow perfusion, shape and size of kidney and DTPA clearance for further analysis.
