婴幼儿口腔颌面部血管瘤的早期手术治疗

本文通过对１０６例０～８岁婴幼儿血管瘤患者手术治疗的总结回顾，发现出生１月内患者手术有效中１００％，３～８岁内患者手术有效中８０．９％。认为手术是治疗血管瘤的主要方法，安全、可靠、并发症少，并提示血管瘤发现越早，早作手术，治疗效果越好。

Early Sungery for Hemangioma in Oral and Maxillofacial Region of Children.

A retrospective study was conducted on 1 06 children patients at the age of 0 - 8 years. These children all suffered from oral and maxillofacial hemangioma. We found that patients at the age less than one month all cured by surgery , those at the age 3 - 8 years reached cure rate 80. 9%. On the basis of these results , we conclude that surgery should be the major method to cure children, s oral and maxillofacial hemangioma , surgery is safe , reliable with few complications . And the earlier the treatment was given , the better the result was,
