抑郁症与同型半胱氨酸，叶酸，维生素B12的关联研究

目的]探讨中国北方汉族人群血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平及叶酸,维生素B12与抑郁症发病的关系.方法]采用病例对照研究,检测62例符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计学手册第四版（DSM-Ⅳ）抑郁症诊断标准的患者和62例健康对照者血浆Hcy水平及血清叶酸及维生素B12水平.结果]①抑郁症组与正常对照组比较,血浆Hcy水平显著增高,差异具有统计学意义.②血清叶酸（r=-0.285, P 〈0.01）及维生素B12（r=-0.143, P=0.002）与血浆Hcy水平均呈显著负相关.③抑郁症组与正常对照组比较,血清叶酸及维生素B12水平无显著差异.结论]血浆Hcy水平增高与抑郁症的发病有关,而叶酸及维生素B12水平与其无关联,Hcy水平升高是抑郁症发病的独立危险因素OR =1.394（95%CI,1.18～1.65）].

Association of Vitamin B12, Folic Acid and Homocysteine with Depression

Objective] To explore the association of plasma homocysteine level, folic acid and vitamin B12 with depression in Han population in northern China. Methods] In the case-control study, cyclophorase method was used to detect plasma homocysteine concentration in 62 depression patients consistent with statistical manual of mental disorders（DSM-IV） criteria and 62 controls. Electrochemiluminescence method was used to determine serum folic acid and vitamin B12 levels. Results] Plasma homocysteine level was significantly higher in the depression group than that in the control group. Serum folic acid（r= -0. 285, P 〈0.01） and vitamin B12 levels（r= -0. 143, P = 0. 002） were negatively correlated with plasma homocysteine level. There was no significant difference in folic acid and vitamin Bl2 between depression group and control group. Conclusion] The increasing of plasma homocysteine level may be related to depression, but folie acid and vitamin B12 levels have no association with depression. The high level of homocysteine is the independent risk factor of depressionOR= 1. 394 （95 %CI, 1.18- 1.65）].
