| 摘 要： | 为探讨原发性高血压Ｐ波宽度变化的意义，观察合并和不合并左心室肥大的原发性高血压各４０例的体表心电图Ｐ波宽度和左心室舒张功能，并与３０例非心血管病作对照。结果显示两组Ｐ波宽度差异有显著意义（Ｐ〈０．０５），而不合并左心室肥大组与对照组差异无显著意义（Ｐ〉０．０５），说明原发性高血压合并左心室肥大可引起Ｐ波宽度变化，可作为判断左心室舒张功能的指标。

| Abstract: | To investigate clinical significance of changes of P wave duration in essential hypertension patients,we selected 40 essential hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH),40 essential hypertension patients without LVH,measured their P wave duration and data of left ventricular diastolic function and compared with that of 30 normal people.Results showed there were obvious different (P<0.05),but there were no obvious difference between groups and normal peopel(P>0.05).We found change of P wave duration result from essential hypertension with LVH and could be used as a sign in diagnosing left ventricular diastolic function. |
