| 摘 要： | 目的通过回顾性研究发现,福建省于2006年发生首例W135群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)病例,并对引起该病例的W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株进行病原学分析。方法对疑似流脑病例进行流行病学调查,脑脊液标本进行常规细菌培养,疑似菌株经生化鉴定和crgA基因及基因siaD(W135)PCR鉴定,Etest法进行药敏试验。结果该病例脑脊液标本分离到W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株,生化及PCR鉴定结果符合。该W135群菌株对头孢三嗪、头孢噻肟、利福平等9种抗菌药物均敏感。结论福建省2006年发现首例W135群流脑病例,回顾性研究发现,是近年来中国报道较少的W135群流脑病例。

| Abstract: | Objective To conduct retrospective analysis of the etiology of Neisseria meningitides W135 which was isolated for the first time in Fujian in 2006.Methods Epidemiological survey of suspected epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis case was conducted,and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) sample was taken for bacterial culture.The isolate was identified by biochemistry test and PCR for crgA gene and siaD gene of W135,the drug susceptibility test was performed by Etest method.Results The strain of Neisseria meningitides W135... |
