| 摘 要： | 采用客观公认的慢性前列腺炎的诊断标准及疗效评定标准，观察芒针治疗的近期疗效，结果提示芒针组的疗效明显优于常规应用的抗菌药物组及毫针组，且其前列腺体积减小的效果明显优于毫针组及西药组，具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

| Abstract: | Generally accepted and objective criteria for diagnosis of chronic prostatitis and evaluation of the curative effect were employed to observe the short term effect of treatment with elongated needle.The findings showed that the curative effect was much better in elongated needle group than in routinely applied antibiotic group and in filiform needle group and the prostatic volume was reduced much more markedly in elongated needle group than in filiform needle group and in Western drug group.There were significant differences( P <0.05). |
