| 摘 要： | 对９０例阻塞性黄疸患者作胆囊切除、胆总管切开取石及Ｔ字管外引流手术，术后随机分３组，分别予以耳针、中药及自然对照，结果针刺组和中药组在胆汁量、肝功能恢复及肛门排气恢复均优于对照组，说明针刺、中药结合手术治疗阻塞性黄疸效果优于单纯手术治疗。

| Abstract: | The gallbladder was excised and the choledochus was incised to remove calculi and an operation for biliary drainage from T shaped tube was performed in 90 patients with obstructive jaundice. After the operation, they were randomly divided into three groups and treated respectively by auriculo acupuncture, with Chinese materia medica and as blank control.The findings showed that the restorations of biliary amount, hepatic functions and anal flatus passing were better in acupuncture group and in Chinese materia medica group than in control group, indicating that the effect of operation combined with acupuncture or Chinese materia medica on obstructive jaundice was better than of simple operation. |
