| 摘 要： | 将５７例泌尿系结石患者随机分为电针组和阿托品组。观察结果，对肾绞痛发作的缓解作用电针组优于阿托品组。通过Ｂ超检测结石的部位、大小，选择治疗时机与电针疗效结果比较提示，单肾、位置低的小结石电针疗效优于双肾、位置高的多发大结石。

| Abstract: | Fifty-seven cases of urinary lithiasis were randomly divided into electro acupuncture group and atropine group. The findings showed that the relieving effect on renal colic was better in electro acupuncture group than in atropine group.The correlation analysis of the lithous position and size determined by B ultrasonography, the selected therapeutic opportunity and the curative effect of electro acupuncture indicated that electro acupuncture had a better effect on small calculi in unilateral kidney and the lower position than on multiple large ones in bilateral kidneys and the higher position. |
