曲马多静脉自控镇痛治疗晚期癌痛的临床观察

目的:评价曲马多(Tramal)静脉自控镇痛(PatientControlledIntravenousAnalgesiaPCIA)对晚期癌痛的临床疗效。方法:对40例晚期癌痛患者采用PCIA的方法进行镇痛治疗。结果:癌痛完全缓解25例(62.5%),部分缓解15例(37.5%),缓解率为100%。疼痛程度治疗前后差异有显著性(P<0.05);患者生活质量较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);毒副作用明显减轻。结论:曲马多PCIA治疗晚期癌痛效果确切、方便、安全,且能增强镇静和抗焦虑作用,改善癌症病人的生活质量。

Curative Effect Observation of Healing Terminal Cancer Pains with Patient Controlled Intravenous Analgesia (PCIA) with Tramal

Objective To evaluate the clinic effects of Patient Controlled Intravenous Analgesia (PCIA)with Tramal on terminal cancer pains.Methods 50 cases of terminal cancer patients were treated with Patient Controlled Intravenous Analgesia (PCIA) with Tramal for pain relief.Results 25 cases of cancer pains were relieved totally (62.5%), 15 cases were alleviated partially (37.5%),and the relief rate is 100%. There is big difference between the pain degree before and after the treatment.(P<0.05).The life qualities of the patients were improved dramatically (P<0.05).The toxic side effects were reduced markedly.Conclusion The result of treating of terminal cancer pains with Patient Controlled Intravenous Analgesia (PCIA) with Tramal is assured, convenient, and safe. PCIA with Tramal can enhance the anesthetic and anti-anxious effects, and improve the life qualities of the cancer patients.
