HPLC法测定蒙药玉簪清咽十五味丸中栀子苷的含量

目的:建立玉簪清咽十五味丸中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(Diamonsil C185μm 4.6mm×250mm);流动相:乙腈-水(15∶85);检测波长:238nm;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:30℃;理论板数按栀子苷峰计算应不低于1500。结果:栀子苷线性范围在0.128～0.765μg,r=0.9998,平均回收率99.33%,RSD=1.20%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快捷、准确、重复性好,可用于该蒙药的质量控制。

Determining the content of geniposide in Mengyao Yuzan Qingyan fifteen flavor pills by HPLC method

Objective: To establish the method to determine the concentration of gardenoside in Yuzhan Qingyan fifteen flavor pills.Methods: HPLC conditions were as follows: VP-ODS column(Diamonsil C18 5μm 4.6mm×250mm),a mobile phase of CH3CN-H2O(15:85),detection wavelength 238 nm,flow velocity 1.0ml/min,column temperature 30℃,theoretcal plate number not lower than 1500 at the peak.Results: Gardenoside was linear within the range of 0.128-0.765μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998.The average recovery percentage was 99.33% and RSD was 1.20%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is evidenced to be simple,timesaving and accurate with a favorable reliability;therefore it can be used effectively for the quality control of Yuzhan Qingyan fifteen flavor pills.
