| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生产性噪声对钻井作业工人听力损失的连续性影响。方法选择某油田钻井公司2006—2010年673名钻井作业工人连续5年的职业病健康检查报告,比较不同年份的听力损失率和不同工龄组的工人听力损失情况。结果 2006—2010年,高频听力损失率逐年增加(P0.01),2006年为17.98%,2007年为19.91%,2008年为23.92%,2009年为26.00%,2010年为30.61%;经χ2趋势检验,随着工龄的增加,钻井作业工人高频和语频听力损失检出率有增加的趋势(P0.01)。结论生产性噪声对钻井作业工人听力损失有连续性的影响,建议企业采取综合性防范措施。

| Abstract: | Objective]To investigate the continuous effect of productive noise on hearing of drilling workers in a oilfield.Methods] A total of 673 drilling workers of a oilfield who received 5-year-consecutive-examination from 2006-2010 were selected and compared hearing loss rate between different years and between different service lengths.Results]The results showed that the incidence of hearing loss in high frequency increased annually,there were 17.98%,19.91%,23.92%,26.00%,30.61% from 2006-2010.The χ2 tend test suggested that the incidence of high frequency and language frequency hearing loss showed some rising trend along with the service length(P<0.01).Conclusion]There are continuous influence of the productive noise on the hearing of drilling workers,it is necessary to take active preventive measures immediately for protecting workers’ health. |
