丹红注射液治疗骨折合并冠心病患者的疗效观察

目的：研究丹红注射液治疗骨折合并冠心病患者的疗效,探讨丹红注射液对骨折临床症状,愈合及冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病的症状及心电图等指标的影响。方法：连续入选我院2008年2月～2010年1月在我科住院患者90例,随机分为两组各45例;骨折类型均经X线片;所有患者均符合WHO制定的冠心病心绞痛命名及诊断标准。所有患者均按骨科及心内科常规治疗,治疗组另外采用丹红注射液30ml加入5%葡萄糖或0.9%生理盐水250ml中,静脉滴注,每日2次,2周为1疗程。随访6个月,记录骨折愈合效果,临床症状,心电图改变等。两组间均数比较采用t检验和方差分析,计数资料使用x2检验,P〈0.05认为差别有统计学意义。结果：患者经丹红注射液治疗后6个月随访,治疗组患者骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组。第45天和第60天时,治疗组骨痂生长较对照组快;冠心病临床症状缓解,两组差异有统计学意义。结论：丹红注射液具有活血通络,促进骨折愈合、改善冠心病症状,较好的药物安全性,值得临床推广。

Efficacy observation on treating fracture with coronary heart disease with Danhong injection

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Danhong injection in treating fracture with coronary heart disease,to discuss theeffect of it on fracture clinical symptoms and healing coronaryatherosclerotic heart disease symptoms and electrocardiogram index.Methods: 90 consecutive patients with fracture and coronary heart disease,were randomized into treatment group(n=45) and control group(n=45),who were in my hospital,from February 2008 to January 2010.The kind of fracture was confirmed by X-ray,All of the patients WHO formulated with the nomenclature and criteria for diagnosis of coronary heart disease,angina.according to the guideline,both group was given common therapeutic of drug sorthopedic and department of cardiology,the treatment group with Danhong injection 30 ml join in 5% 0.9% glucose or saline 250ml,intravenous drip,2 times a day,2 weeks for one period of treatment.Follow-up continued for 6 months,records of fracture healing effect,the clinical symptoms,ecg changes,etc.Comparison between both groups were compared using a number of independent-sample t-test and analysis of variance.For enumeration data,chi-square test was used to compare means.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: Followed up for 6 month,The treatment group patients the healing time significantly shorter than the control group.45 days and 60 days,the treatment group callus grew more control group quickly;Coronary heart disease clinical symptoms,two groups was statistically significant differences;was superior to the traditional synthetic drugs,it’s worthy of clinic application.Conclusions: It has the ability of promoting blood circulation,promoting fracture coalescence,improve symptoms of patients with coronary.
