天麻钩藤饮治疗轻度子痫前期临床研究

目的 观察中药天麻钩藤饮对轻度子痫前期的临床疗效.方法 将62例患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例.在一般治疗基础上,治疗组予天麻钩藤饮辨证加减治疗,对照组予地西泮片镇静解痉治疗,观察两组患者血压、尿蛋白下降及临床症状的改善情况.结果 治疗组用药后降低血压的总有效率、降低尿蛋白的有效率、症状改善总有效率均优于对照组.结论 天麻钩藤饮治疗轻度子痫前期血清有较好的临床疗效.

Study of Tianmagouteng Decoction in Mild Preeclampsia

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tianmagouteng Decoction in mild preeclampsia.Methods:62 cases were randomly divided into the observation group with 32 cases and the control group with 30 cases.Based on the conventional therapy,the observation group were given to Tianmagouteng Decoction according to syndrome differentiation and the control group were used the diazepam tablet.The blood pressure,the urinary protein reduction and the symptoms improvement were observed in 2 groups.Results:In the observation group,the total efficiencies such as the blood pressure reduction,the reduced urinary protein efficiency and the improvement in subjective symptoms were superior to those in the control group.Conclusion:Tianmagouteng Decoction for treatment of mild preeclampsia serum has a better clinical therapeutic effect.
