血吸虫脑病CT表现

目的分析11例血吸虫脑病有CT表现,进一步提高脑部疾病的CT诊断的准确性.方法回顾分析7年来该院CT检查且经脑脊液穿刺证实的血吸虫脑病患者11例,均行平扫加增强扫描,8例治疗后随访复查头颅CT.结果11例患者中,3例表现为高密度局限性病灶,形态为卵圆形结节状,增强扫描呈明显强化,周围见低密度水肿区.1例为团块状高密度影,增强扫描呈不规则显著强化,周围见低密度水肿区.4例为两侧大脑半球髓质内广泛低密度影,增强扫描无强化.3例为片状低密度影,呈楔形或不规则形,增强扫描无强化.结论血吸虫脑病依据CT表现可分为3型.脑炎型:两侧脑髓质内广泛低密度影;颅内占位型:颅内结节状或团块状高密度影,周围见低密度水肿区;梗塞型:表现为脑实质内片状低密度区,呈楔形或不规则形.

CT image of encephalopathy in human infected with schistosome

Objective:To increased accurased diagnosis of CT in diseases of barin ,by investigating the CT Image of encephalopathy in human in human infected with Schistosome in 11 caese. Methods:In the past 7 years we checked 11 cases of encephalopathy in human infected with Schistome by CT plain scan and reinforcement scan, and confirmationed by examination of cerebrospinal fluid were rerosopectively analyzed.Results: In the 11 cases, 3 cases had tall density limited and ovalis and nodosity lesion, it had yransparent reinforcement screenage, and had low density screenage in their crcumference. 1 case had ball and tall density screenage,it had anomalo-reinforcement and had low density screenage in their crcumference. 4 cases had extensive low density screenage in two cerebral medullary substance and had no transparent reinforcement screenage. 3 cases had sheet wedge shape anomalous low density screenage and had no transparent reinforcement screenage.Conclusions: There are 3 foems of CT Image of encephalopathy in human infected with Schistosome: Encephalitis: it have extensive Iow density screenage in two cerebral medullary substance; intracranial it have space occupying lesion:intracranial nodosity or ball tall density screenage; Infarction it have shve sheet wedge shape anomalous low density screenage.
