| 摘 要： | 通过对325例视网膜母细胞瘤(Rb)患者的随访和分析,其中56例视神经断端有Rb细胞残留(阳性)和269例视神经断端无Rb细胞残留(阴性)。两组经眼球摘除加放射治疗(放疗)或仅眼球摘除两种不同治疗,5a以上存活率比较差别无意义。而56例视神经断端阳性病例,放疗对抑制局部Rb复发是有效的,显示差别有显著意义。对估计眶内有Rb细胞残留者加用放疗,否则就不必以放疗作为常规治疗方法,以免因放疗造成后患。

| Abstract: | 825 cases of retinoblastoma (Rb) were followed up for more than 5 years. Among them, 56 cases had residual Rb cell at the cut end of the optic nerve (positive) and 269 cases were without (negative). They were treated by enucleation plus radiotherapy or simple enucleation. There was no significant difference in the survival rate of between the two groups after more than 5 years. But the 56 cases that had residual Eb cells treated by the above two different therapies showed statistically significant differences in the inhibit of local Eb recurrence. Therefore, radiotherapy is necessary that cages have residual Eb cell at the cut end of the optic nerve and in the orbit after enucleation, but unnecessary if the cases have no remaining Eb cells after enucleation. |
