藿香正气滴丸联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的:观察藿香正气滴丸联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效,探讨治疗FD的理想方案。方法:84例FD患者随机分为2组,每组42例。中西医结合组采用多潘立酮+藿香正气滴丸治疗;对照组采用多潘立酮+法莫替丁治疗。疗程均为4周,治疗前及4周后对患者腹胀、上腹部不适、早饱、烧灼感、食欲不振、嗳气6个主要症状进行评分,计算疗效指数。结果:治疗前2组症状积分差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后2组症状积分均有明显降低(P<0.01),但中西医结合组积分较对照组下降得更低(P<0.01);中西医结合组的总有效率和显效率分别为85.7%和66.7%,对照组的分别为64.3%和35.7%,中西医结合组的总有效率和显效率明显高于对照组(!2=4.92,P<0.05;"2=8.2,P<0.01)。结论:藿香正气滴丸联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著,是一个理想的FD治疗方案。

Therapeutic Effect of Domperidone Combined Agastache Rugosa Righteousness Dripping Pills on Functional Dyspepsia

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of domperidone combined agastache rugosa righteousness dripping pills on functional dyspepsia (FD), to investigate ideal treatment project of FD. Methods: 84 patients with FD were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group. Treatment group received domperidone combined agastache rugosa righteousness dripping pills. Control group received domperidone and famotidine. The score of six present symptoms (abdominal distension, epigastric discomfort, early full, burning sensation, poor appetite, belching) was recorded before and four weeks after treatment, and index of therapeutic effect was calculated. Results: Symptom accumulated points had no difference in two groups before treatment (P >0.05), but it decreased significantly after treatment(P <0.01), and those in treatment group decreased markedly compared with control groups(P <0.01). Total effective rate and excellence rate were 85.7% and 66.7% in treatment group, 64.3% and 35.7% in control group. Total effective rate and excellence rate in treatment group were significant higher than those in control group(P <0.05,P <0.01). Conclusion: Domperidone combined agastache rugosa righteousness dripping pills is ideal treatment project of FD.
