针刺结合运动想象疗法对脑梗塞偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响

目的：探讨针刺结合运动想象疗法对脑梗死偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响。方法：将30名患者随机分为对照组（15例）和治疗组（15例）。两组均给予常规药物及运动想象疗法治疗。在此基础上，治疗组采用针刺疗法。1个月为一个疗程，观察治疗前后患者上肢运动功能FMA评分的变化。结果：治疗组上肢FMA评分优于对照组，其评分提高程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：针刺结合运动想象疗法能显著改善脑梗死患者上肢功能。

Effects of acupuncture therapy on the functional outcomes of the upper limb in patients with Hemiplegia of convalescence stroke

Objective： To study the effects of acupuncture therapy combined with motor imaginary therapy on the functional outcomes in patients with convalescence stroke. Methods： 30 patients are. randomly divided into control group （15eases） and treatment group （15 cases ）.Both groups were given conventional medicines and motor imaginary therapy. On this basis, the treatment group using acupuncture points in Yangming Meridan. Observed before and after treatment in patients with the Fugl-Meyer Assessment （FMA）. Result： After treatment the FMA scales were significantly different in the two groups comparing with the score before treatment （P〈0.01）,the treatment group were significantly different crmparing with the control group after treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： acupuncture therapy combined with motor imaginary therapy can effectively improve the functional outcomes of the upper limb in patients with convalescence stroke.
