| 摘 要： | 目的了解中西医结合方法治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的疗效.方法将患者随机分为治疗组 (52例 )与对照组 (53例 ),治疗组在西药治疗基础上合以温阳益气、泻肺利水中药,对照组单用西药治疗.结果治疗组在综合疗效以及心功能改善方面明显优于对照组.结论中西医结合方法治疗 CHF有良好的临床疗效.

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of Threrpy of Combining TCM and WM for congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:Patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and the controlled group.Patients in both groups received western medicines,while those in the treatment group have taken Traditional Chinese Drugs that has effect of Warming Yang and Invigorationg Qi,Eliminating Pathogens from the Lung and Diuresis in addition.Results:The curative effect and the improvement cardiac function of patients in the treatment group were both superior to those in the controlled group.Conclusion:Therapy of Combing TCM and WM is good effective against CHF. |
