| 摘 要： | 应用早孕因子单克隆抗体（ＥＤＦ－ＭｃＡｂ），建立早孕因子新的免疫学检测方法，酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）。本文初步确立了用ＥＬＩＳＡ检测ＥＰＦ抗原的实验条件，并与Ｅａ一活性玫瑰花结抑制试验（Ｅａ－ＲＩＴ）进行了比较。结果表明，因ＥＬＩＳＡ检测ＥＰＦ抗原具有特异性好、敏感性高，判断结果客观的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new Method for detection of the human early pregnancy factor (EPF) by using the monoclon antibodies (McAb) ELISA. The ELISA for the detection of EPF antigens is highly sensitive and specfic. The ELISA is simpler than the erythrocty active rosetle inhibition test (Ea-RIT)and provides a more convenient technique for laboratorial studies and clinical applicationes of EPF |
