| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结老年重症胆管炎外科治疗经验 ,以提高治愈率。方法 :回顾分析作者自 1992年 1月至 2 0 0 4年 1月收治并手术的老年重症胆管炎 76例。结果 :治愈 5 6例 ,治愈率为 73.7%。死亡 2 0例 ,死亡率为 2 6 .3%。结论 :及早诊断、完善围手术期处理 ,及时行胆道减压术是提高治愈率的关键

| Abstract: | Objectives To summarize the experiment w ith surgical treatment of acute cholangitis of severe type(ACST) in the old peop le in order to raise the successful rate.Methods Retrospective ana lysis was made on the clinical data of 76 cases with ACST in aged from January 1 992 to January 2002.Results 56 cases were cured, 20 cases died. Mo rtality was 26.3 %.Conclusions Early diagnosis, prompt surgical op eration and perfect peri-operative tratment can improve the therapeutic effects of ACST in the old people. |
