| 摘 要： | 目的 为了开辟治疗难治性心力衰竭的另一途径。方法 17例心力衰竭患者在内科常规治疗后仍未缓解接受了4～7次的血液透析治疗。结果 显示患者的尿量明显增加,水肿消退,心功能改善,酸中毒及电解质紊乱得到纠正。结论 血液透析是治疗难治性心力衰竭的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Objective We treated patients with refractory heart failure through hemodialysis to explore a new way in thergoy those kinds of patients. Method 17 patients with refratory heart failure who unre-lieved after common treatment received 4 -7 times of hemodialysis. Results The urine volume of these patients increased significantly, edema diminished, heart function improved, acidosis and electrolyte disorder were rectified.Conclusions Hemodialysis is an effective way to treat the patients with refratory heart failure. |
