犬动脉灌注方法的比较实验研究

摘    要:目的:设计一种新的动脉灌注取材方法,并与传统方法进行比较。方法:6只犬随机分为3组,分别用以下方法作明胶墨汁灌注:A组(颈总动脉灌注)、B组(颈总动脉灌注+椎动脉阻塞)、C组(颈总动脉灌注+颈内动脉结扎)。观察灌注效果并行微血管墨汁灌注计数。结果:A、B组灌注液自椎管外溢。C组无外溢,达到血管充盈时灌注液用量最少。三种方法的墨汁灌注微血管计数在统计上无差异。结论:颈总动脉灌注+颈内动脉结扎可以提高灌注效率。

Abstract:Objective:To plot a new method of intra-arterial infusion and compare the effects of this method with traditional method.Method:Six dogs were divided into 3 groups.Dogs in A group were carried out carotid artery infusion and almost the same method in dogs in B group but with vertebral artery obstruction.Dogs in C group were performed with carotid artery infusion and cervical internal carotid artery deligation.The effects of perfusion and the numbers of blood vessels with ink were observed.Result:Better than group A and B,dogs in group C had no perfusion fluid outside from vertebral canal,but there were no statistical differences among the three groups in the counting blood vessels with ink.Conclusion:It was a recommended method using carotid artery infusion and cervical internal carotid artery deligation.
