| 摘 要： | 运用态势分析法对输液室发生的66例护患纠纷进行分析。输液室有健全的管理制度和成熟的护理队伍等优势,也有护理人员不足、人员素质参差不齐等劣势;在护理模式转变和护理改革中充满了机遇;也有来自社会的患者期望值过高和就医认知度缺失等威胁。要发挥优势,克服劣势,进一步加强规范管理,合理利用人力,加强培训,提高护士素质,以减少护患纠纷,提高护理服务质量及患者满意度。

| Abstract: | This article applied SWOT analysis in patient - nursing disputes happened in emergency infusion room. Emergency infusion room had strength of management system and developed nursing staff, also had weakness of shortage of staff and uneven staff,had the opportunity of nursing model transferring and re- form, and the threat of patients＇ high expectation and deficiency of hospitalizing cognition. It is suggested to taking advantage of strengths and improve the weak- ness, standardize the management, rationally utilize human resources, strengthen training, improve nurses~ quality, thus to decrease nursing disputes, improve the quality of nursing service and increase patients＇satisfaction. |
