板层角膜联合羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉

目的 探讨新鲜板层角膜联合羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法 复发性翼状胬肉16例（22眼），采用新鲜板层角膜联合羊膜移植进行治疗，并随访观察6月～2年。结果 全部患者上皮愈合良好稳定，表面完整光滑，角膜基本透明，视力保持不变，无排斥反应，无复发。结论 新鲜板层角膜含健康的角膜缘干细胞和角膜上皮细胞，可迅速修复损伤的角膜表面。羊膜有抗炎、抑制血管新生及纤维化，阻止变性结膜组织七长的作用，用新鲜板层角膜联合羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉效果显著。

Fresh lamellar keratoplasty associated with amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of recurrent pterygium

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fresh lamellar keratoplasty associated with amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of recurrent pterygium.?Methods Fresh lamellar keratoplasty associated with amniotic membrane transplantation was performed in 16 patients(22 eyes) with recurrent pterygium,All the patients were followed-up for 6-24 months.?Results In all patients the epithelium was entile and glossy,the ocular surface was quiescent and the cornea was near transparent,the visual acuity was unchanged,there was no reject reaction and recurrence.?Conclusions Fresh lamellar cornea contains health corneal limbus stem cells and epithelial cells,it can repair the trauma corneal surface soon.Human amniotic membrane has no antigen and can restrain inflammation,neovascularization and fibrosis,also prevent invading of conjunctival tissue.Fresh lamellar keratoplasty associated with amniotic membrane transplatation is an available treatment for recurrent pterygium.
