煤尘对肺巨噬细胞酸性磷酸酶活性的影响

摘    要:利用细胞化学方法,通过图象分析仪,对吞噬煤尘后的肺巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性进行了定量观察。结果表明,煤尘作用一小时,肺巨噬细胞酶活性受到一定程度的抑制;达八小时,活性增强,表明煤尘的低毒性作用。本实验还将煤尘与矽尘作用的不同时间酶活性进行了比较,结果表明,煤尘比矽尘对肺巨噬细胞酸性磷酸酶活性有更为持久的致增强作用。这二种粉尘作用后的肺巨噬细胞形态的特征性改变,均与酶活性水平有一致性关系。

Effect of coal dusts on the ACP activity in lung macrophages

Abstract:The activity of acid phosphatase(ACP) in lung macrophages of rats with coal dust ingestion was observed by cell chemical method and by image analyser. It was found that the ACP of lung macrophagc was inhibited to some extent, at 1 hours after the coal dusts was administrated; but it's activity enhanced at 8 hours, indicating the low toxicity of coal dusts. The action of coal dusts on the activity of ACP over various period was also compared with that of silicon dusts. It was shown that seemed to have more persistent enhancing effect on pulmonary macrophage ACP.The general morphology of lung macrophages after action of two dusts was discribed. The characteristics was in accordance with the level of ACP action enzyme.
