| 摘 要： | 目的]研究慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血乙肝病毒量与外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化的关系，探讨患者体内病毒含量与患者免疫功能状态的关系。方法]用流式细胞仪检测60例慢性乙型肝炎患者和15名体检的健康人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^＋，CD4^＋，CD8^＋及CD4^＋／CD8^＋，荧光定量PCR法检测血清HBV-DNA。结果]慢性乙肝患者CD4^＋，CD4^＋／CD8^＋下降，CD8^＋升高。高病毒量的患者比低病毒量患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化更明显。从HBV-DNA阴性组、低病毒量组到高病毒量组随病毒量增加，CD4^＋细胞减少，而CD8^＋升高，CD4^＋／CD8^＋下降。HBV—DNA阴性组，低病毒量组患者CD3^＋，CD4^＋，CD8^＋及CD4^＋／CD8^＋数值与正常对照比较无显著差异。结论]高病毒量的患者比低病毒量患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化更明显。HBV-DNA阴性组，低病毒量患者CD4^＋，CD8^＋，CD4^＋／CD8^＋，与正常对照比较数量无显著差异，提示细胞功能低下。
