黄芪注射液在5种液体中稳定性考察

目的：考察黄芪注射液与10％葡萄糖注射液(10％GS)、5％葡萄糖注射液(5％GS)、氯化钠注射液(0.9％NS)、5％葡萄糖氯化钠注射液(5％GNS)、乳酸钠林格注射液配伍的稳定性。方法：用酸度计、紫外分光光度计分别考察黄芪注射液与5种输液配伍后的外观、pH值，吸光度值及TLC的变化。结果：黄芪注射液与5种输液配伍后的外观、吸光度值、TLC无显著变化，pH值接近中性。结论：黄芪注射液可与10％GS、5％GS、0．9％NS、5％GNS、乳酸钠林格注射液配伍，但应临用配制，并于24h内用完。

Study on stability of HuangQi injection mixed with five solutions

Objective: To study the stability of HuangQi injection mixed with 10%glucose solution 5% glucose solution,5% glucose in normal saline,0.9%normal and Ringer's solution. Methods:After HuangQi injection mixed with infusion fluid under room temperature the contents of Astragaloside were with Uv-spectrophotometry at different time periods within 24 h the appearance and TLC was observed .The pH values were detected. Results:HuangQi injection mixed with five infusion fluid under room temperature. no change of pH value and content of Astragaloside. Conclusion:HuangQi injection should be mixed with them just before use and used up within 24 h.
