彩色多普勒超声检测脑梗死并发下肢静脉血栓的价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对脑梗死患者并发下肢静脉血栓形成的应用价值：方法对150例脑梗死患者的下肢静脉进行彩色多普勒超声检查？结果彩色多普勒超声检查脑梗死患者有45.3％（68／150）发现下肢静脉血栓形成，其中急性期29．4％（20／68），亚急性期23．5％（16／68），慢性期52．3％（36／68）。结论彩色多普勒超声检查能及时确定脑梗患者下肢静脉血栓部位、范围及阻塞程度，有利于临床早诊断、早治疗、早预防。

Value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thrombosis of low extremity veins in cerebral infarction patients

Objective To discuss the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity phlebothrombosis in cerebral infarction patients. Methods Veins of lower extremity were examined with color Doppler ultrasound in 150 cerebral infarction patients. Results In 150 cerebral infarction patients, color Doppler ultrasound detected 45.3% （68/150） cases with phlebothrombosis in lower extremity veins. Among them, 29.4% cases were in acute stage, 23.5% cases were in subacute stage and 52.3% cases were in chronic stage. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be used to detect the location, and stage of phlebothrombosis in lower extremity veins in cerebral infarction patients, which is valuable in clinical diagnosing and treatment.
