| 摘 要： | 目的 检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清泌乳素(PRL)水平,并探讨其与SLE疾病活动性的关系.方法 应用电化学发光仪检测30例SLE患者与20例健康者血清PRL水平.结果 SLE患者血清平均泌乳素水平明显高于正常对照组,且活动期更为明显.SLE患者血清泌乳素水平与SLEDAI正相关.结论 血清泌乳素在SLE的发病机制中可能起到一定的作用,其水平升高与病情活动明显相关,可作为判定SLE疾病活动的指标之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the content of the serum prolactin(PRL)in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)patients and to study the correlations among PRL and SLE activity.Methods The content of the serum PRL was examined by electrochemilumescence-meter in 30 cases with SLE and 20 healthy human.Results The average levels of PRL in SLE patients were higher than in normal control which was very obvious in active stage.The content of the serum PRL in SLE patients was directly related with SLEDAI.Conclusion Serum PRL may play a certain role in SLE pathogenesy.The increase of the content PRL is obviously related with SLE activity which can be used as a index to assess SLE activity. |
