护理干预对糖尿病性眼病患者术前心理状态的影响

目的 探讨护理干预在缓解糖尿病性眼病患者术前焦虑情绪、调节心理状态中的作用。方法 将100例糖尿病性眼病患者随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组入院后实施系统的护理干预；对照组只进行一般心理护理。测定两组患者入院后及术前焦虑、尿17-羟皮质醇指标。结果 入院时两组患者的焦虑值、尿17-羟皮质醇值的测量结果无显著差异（P〉0．05）；干预组术前焦虑值及尿17-羟皮质醇值均显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论 护理干预在缓解糖尿病性眼病患者术前焦虑，积极调整心理状态方面优于一般心理护理。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Pre-operative Phychological State of Patients with Diabetes Oculopathy

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on patients with diabetes oculopathy for decreasing pre-operative stress and adjusting phychological state. Methods One hundred patients with diabetes oculopathy were divided randomly into control and experimental group. Patients in experimental group were given systematic nursing intervention while patients in control group were given only routine psychological nursing. The anxiety and 17-hydroxycorticosteroids (17-OHCS) were evaluated after admission and before operation. Results there was no difference in anxiety and (17-OHCS) between two groups after admission(P>0.05) while the anxiety and (17-OHCS) before operation in experimental group were lower than in control group (P<0.01). Conclusions Nursing intervention was better than routine psychological nursing in decreasing pre-operative stress and adjusting psychological state in patients with diabetes oculopathy before operation.
