| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大黄在不同溶媒及不同煎煮条件下提取物中蒽醌类成分的含量变化规律。方法:采用HPLC法对大黄水回流、隔氧水回流及乙醇回流后提取液中各种蒽醌类成分的含量进行监测。结果:不同提取溶媒、提取方法及提取时间等均可导致生药提取液中各种游离和结合蒽醌的含量发生规律性变化,这种规律性变化可能与游离蒽醌的降解、结合蒽醌的水解以及蒽醌类成分间的相互转化有关。结论:了解大黄在提取过程中活性成分的量变规律可为合理提取大黄生药提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the quantitative change of anthraquinones in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei due to different extract method.METHODS Contents of anthraquinones in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei extracts were determined using HPLC after water reflux,deoxygenated water reflux or ethanol reflux.RESULTS Different solvents,extract method may cause the content of dissociate or combined anthraquinones regularly changed in the extracts.The changes may be related to the degradation of the dissociate anthraquinones,the hydrolyzation of combined anthraquinones,and the inter-transformation of them.CONCLUSION That the active content changes regularly can provide reference for the extraction of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. |
