二甲硅油散在胃镜检查中的应用价值

目的：探讨二甲硅油散在胃镜检查中的应用价值。方法：将行胃镜检查的患者随机分为3组,检查前10min,二甲硅油散组口服二甲硅油散30ml,盐酸利多卡因胶组予盐酸利多卡因胶10ml口服,对照组不予二甲硅油散及盐酸利多卡因胶口服。根据胃镜下视野清晰程度分成A、B、C、D4级,记录每例患者检查时间,行统计学分析。结果：服用二甲硅油散组胃镜下视野清晰度明显高于盐酸利多卡因胶组及对照组（P〈0.01）,检查时间明显少于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：二甲硅油散能够明显提高视野清晰度,缩短检查时间,减轻患者的痛苦,可作为胃镜检查前的常规辅助用药。

Application value of dimethicone powder in gastroscopy examination

Objective： To explore the application value of dimethicone powder in gastroscopy examination. Methods： Those who received gastroscopy were randomly divided into three groups. Ten mins before the examina- tion,dimethicone powder group took dimethicone powder 30 ml,lidocaine gel group took lidocaine hydrochloride 10 ml,and control group received gastroscopy without dimethicone powder or lidocaine hydrochloride. According to the clarity of the endoscopic field of vision,the examination results were divided into 4 levels （ A,B,C,D） ,and the inspection time of each patient was recorded and statistically analyzed. Results： In dimethicone powder group, endoscopic vision was significantly higher than those of lidocaine hydrochloride gel group and control group （ P 0. 01） ,and inspection time was significantly shorter than that of control group（ P 0. 01） . Conclusion： Dimethi- cone powder can significantly improve vision clarity and alleviate the suffering of patients with shorter examination time,which can be used as an adjuvant before the routine gastroscopy.
