| 摘 要： | 目的评价腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术的临床治疗效果,探讨术后常见并发症的原因和处理。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2010年1月实施腹腔镜小儿腹股沟疝囊高位结扎术的2880例患儿的临床资料。结果本组所有患者手术均顺利,术中无中转开腹,出血少。单侧手术时间5～8min(中位时间7分钟),双侧手术时间12～16min(中位时间14分钟),术中发现对侧鞘状突未闭578例(23%)。术后并发症32例(1.0%),均得到及时处理痊愈。住院3～4d。随访时间6月至3年,25例复发(0.8%)。结论应用腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎治疗小儿腹股沟疝是安全可行的,且创伤小,手术时间短、副损伤小、恢复快、住院时间短,并可以发现并处理隐性鞘状突未闭,值得临床推广。
