| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童感染性心内膜炎超声心动图特征及其诊断价值。方法应用经胸超声心动图观察感染性心内膜炎赘生物的侵害部位、形态、大小、回声及其瓣膜损害情况,并与手术结果对照。结果超声心动图对感染性心内膜炎赘生物的位置、大小、形态及数量的判断与手术所见基本一致,赘生物多发生在心脏的4个瓣膜、动脉分叉及分流口处。结论超声心动图对感染性心内膜炎赘生物形成特征、瓣膜损坏情况、瓣膜反流及程度、心脏功能测定,均有重要的临床诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the characteristics of color Doppler of children infective endocarditis(IE) and its diagnostic value.Methods The location,size,morphology and number of neoplasm of IE and lesion of valve were observed via color Doppler and compared with the results during operation.Results There was coincidence with the results of assessment and operation.The neoplasm was common at valve,branch of artery and shunt.Conclusion The color Doppler might have important clinical value in the neoplasm characteristics,lesion of valve,regurgitation and heart function. |
