| 摘 要： | 本文报道长春西汀5mg,tid,治疗高血压伴脑动脉硬化和脑血栓形成后遗症患者3O例,4wk为一疗程。自觉症状总有效率为93％,显效率为25％;精神症状总有效率为84％,显效为11％;神经症状总有效率为96％,显效为22％。血液粘度明显降低,血小板聚集率及纤维蛋白原下降。并能选择性增加脑缺血部位的血供,改善脑循环和代谢,保护缺血脑组织。无明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | The effect of vinpocetine on 30 hypertensive patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis and cerebral thrombosis was studied.The drug was administered in dosage of 5 mg tid for 4 wesks.The subjective symptoms were improved in 93% and markedly improved in 25% of patients; psychic symptoms were improved in 84% and markedly improved in 11% of patients; neurologic symptoms were improved in 96% and markedly improved in 22%.The blood viscosity were improved,lowering down of plasma platelet-aggregative ratio and fibrinogen level. Vinpocetine properly increased the blood supply in the cerebral circulation, improved the cerebral ischemic condition and protected the brain tissues.The adverse effects were seldom. |
