胸骨正中小切口在先天性心脏病手术中的临床应用

目的:介绍胸骨正中小切口在心外科手术中应用体会以及该方法的优点。方法:2003年1月～2004年5月,我们开展了胸骨正中小切口心内直视手术,其中房间隔缺损12例。室间隔缺损8例,法鲁氏三联症1例。结果:体外循环时间24.5±7.8分钟,皮肤切口5.5±1.1cm,无手术死亡及术后并发症发生。结论:胸骨正中小切口心内直视手术可以完成常规胸部正中全部劈开切口所能完成的大部分心内直视手术,而且损伤小,安全,并具有美观的效果。

Limited Median Sternum for Open Heart Surgery in Congenital Heart Disease

Objective:To introduce the experience of open heart surgery in congenital heart disease through small median sternum,and to show the benefit of small midline incision for the cardiac surgery.Methods:Twenty three patients with congenital heart isease were operated open heart surgery through small median stemotomy,including 12 cases of ASD,8 cases of VSD,1 case of Fallot3.Results:The CPB time was 24.5±7.8minutes.The length of the skin incisions was 5.5±1.1cm.There was no operative death and postoperative complications occurring.Conclusion:The cardiac surgery through small median sternum might be as effectives as that hrough median sternum in many kinds of congenital heart disease,which also should have less damage,safe and cosmetic result.
