垂体腺瘤术后并发脑盐耗综合征二例报告

目的 探讨垂体瘤术后脑盐耗综合征的诊断和治疗。方法 报告二例垂体腺瘤术后并发脑盐耗综合征并文献复习。结果 肿瘤均全切除，术后并发脑盐耗综合征，经及时确诊积极治疗治愈。结论 侵犯下丘脑的垂体腺瘤全切除后较易出现脑性盐耗综合征，易与抗利尿激素分泌不当及尿崩症相混淆。其发病机理和治疗方法均不相同，因此认真分析病例，明确诊断，采用正确的治疗方法是极为必要的。

Cerebral salt wasting syndrom (CSWS) secondary to postoperation of the:Case reports

Objective To study the dignosis and treatment of cerebral salt wasting syndrom secondary to postoperation of pituitary adenomas. Methods We reported 2 cases of CSWS secondary to postopera-tion of the pituitary adenomas and reviewed some references. Results Both of the tumors were removed totally through the pterional approach and the patients are good and discharged. Conclusion CSWS is easily secondary to remove the large pituitary adenomas with invasion of hypothalama in the region of sella turcica and confused with inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic homone and diabetes insipdus . Because of the different treatment and mechanism ,we should analyse the casese and make the right dignosis then a-dopt the right methods.
