| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Raf-1激酶抑制蛋白（Raf-1kinase inhibitor protein,RKIP）在喉鳞癌以及正常喉黏膜中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测41例喉鳞癌及8例正常喉黏膜组织中RKIP、磷酸化的细胞外信号调节激酶（Phospho-extracellular signal-regulated kinase,P-ERK）的表达情况。结果喉鳞癌中RKIP表达比正常喉黏膜组织明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P=0.012）。RKIP在有淋巴结转移的喉癌中阳性率低于无转移的喉癌,差异有统计学意义（P=0.016）。有淋巴结转移的喉癌原发灶与其本身淋巴结转移灶间RKIP表达无显著差异。41例喉癌患者的原发灶标本中,RKIP与P-ERK的表达呈正相关性（P=0.003,r=0.456）。结论RKIP低表达的喉癌更容易发生转移。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（Mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK）通路受许多复杂的上游信号活化,喉癌中RKIP不能完全抑制该通路的活性。
