| Abstract: | The general problems in hospital outpatient were analyzed. Based on the practice of outpatient visit status in the 3rd Hospital, Peking University. the principles and measures for optimizing hospital outpatient process were discussed. The measures included rational and scientific distribution, informatization auxiliary process, simplify outpatient visit process, strengthening guiding service, sun-period visiting and balancing consulting room. |
