| 摘 要： | 目的:研究纸夹板治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的优越性.方法:60例桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者随机分为3组,纸夹板组20例,木夹板组20例,石膏组20例.经复位、固定后,分别在4周后摄X线片观察骨折固定效果、患肢功能恢复情况、测量比较又侧肢体的甲襞微循环、第二掌骨骨密度,并以比正常骨折愈合时间提前多少为疗效判定标准评定疗效.结果:纸夹板在疗效、固定效果、患肢功能恢复、患肢甲襞微循环和第二掌骨骨密度恢复等方面均优于其他两组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:纸夹板能有效地保证固定的稳定,明显促进骨折愈合和功能恢复,符合骨折治疗的动静结合原则.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the advantage of paper splint for treating facture of distal end of radius.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups;paper splint group,wood splint group and plaster group,each 20 cases.After reposition and fixation,fixation effect measuring with X-rays,microcirculation,bone mineral density of secondly metacarpus and function recovery were evaluated in 3 groups after 4 weeks.Results:Curative effect,fixation effect,microcirculation,bone mineral density of secondly metacarpus and function recovery in paper splint group were best in 3 group.Conclusions:Paper splint could effectively keep fixation stability and promote facture healing as well as function recovery,according with principle of fracture treatment. |
