| Abstract: | A case of seminal vesicle cyst with ipsilateral agenesis is presented. The embryologic events, clinical symptoms, and diagnosis are discussed, emphasizing the value of sonography and computer tomography in identifying the cyst. Surgical resection is the treatment of choice. |
