太阴少阴少阳经取穴针刺治疗中风后肌痉挛的临床研究

目的：探讨太阴、少阴、少阳经取穴针刺缓解中风后肌张力增高的治疗作用。方法：60例患者随机分成两组,治疗组（太阴、少阴、少阳经取穴）、对照组（传统取穴）各30例,采用改良Ashworth量表和简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表对受试者进行治疗前后对比。结果：两组肌张力的治愈率对比有显著差异（P〈0.01）;治疗后肢体功能改善,两组自身前后对比均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,前后差值组间对比（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。结论：太阴、少阴、少阳经取穴针刺对中风后肌张力增高及肢体功能改善有显著疗效,且优于传统取穴针刺。

Clinical study on treating muscle spasm after stroke with acupuncture

Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of acupuncture in relieving increased muscle tone after stroke.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 for each.Acupoints location was difference between the treated group and the control group.Modified Ashworth scale and simplify the Fugl-Meyer motor function scale was used to compare the subjects before and after treatment.Results:The cure rate of muscle tone was significantly(P<0.01);limb function was improving after treatment,effects of the treated group was better.Conclusion:acupuncture Taiyin Shaoyin Shaoyang was effective in relieving increased muscle tone after stroke.
