| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨伪膜性肠炎的发病机制.[方法]结合病史,对1例复发性伪膜性肠炎患者的临床症状、体征,实验室检查和肠镜及其组织病理学进行分析.[结果]以反复腹痛、腹泻为主要临床症状的伪膜性肠炎患者,多次大便培养示肠道菌群失调.[结论]抗生素致肠道菌群失调是引起伪膜性肠炎的主要原因,合理使用抗生素和恢复肠道菌群是伪膜性肠炎的主要治疗手段.

| Abstract: | [Objective]To study the pathogenesis of pseudomembranous enterocolitis.[Methods]Based on the medical record,clinical symptoms,signs,laboratory examination,histopathology and endoscopic images were analyzed in a colon patient who was diagnosed as recurrent pseudomembranous enterocolitis.[Results]Alteration of intestinal flora always existed in the pseudomembranous enterocolitis patient who suffered from repeated abdominal pain and diarrhea.[Conclusion]Antibiotic-associated gastrointestinal microflora disorders may be the main cause of pseudomembranous enterocolitis.Proper application of antibiotics and restoration of the imbalanced flora in the intestine may be the major therapy for pseudomembranous enterocolitis. |
