不同复位固定方式对儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效对比研究

目的:探讨不同复位固定法对儿童肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法:将肱骨髁上骨折儿童126例患者,随机分两组,观察组63例用闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定,对照组63例用手法复位联合外固定支架固定,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组优42例,良15例,可5例,差1例。术后3～5周均获骨性愈合,屈伸活动度基本恢复正常,肘内翻1例。对照组优32例,良16例,可10例,差5例。58患儿术后骨性愈合,5例骨折移位,肘内翻2例。两组患者患肘屈伸受限、提携角测量,优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折是一种稳定可靠的治疗方法,手法简单、疗效确切,具有无创伤、痛苦小等优点,值得临床应用。
