苦荞麦类黄酮等对去卵巢大鼠的雌激素样作用

摘    要:目的比较苦荞麦类黄酮、大豆异黄酮和亚麻子木脂素的雌激素样活性。方法分别提取大豆异黄酮、苦荞麦类黄酮和亚麻子木脂素等三种粗提物。采用雌性大鼠双侧卵巢切除术所造成雌激素水平低下的动物模型,以假手术组、模型组及西药己烯雌酚组为对照,分别观察比较大豆异黄酮、苦荞麦类黄酮和亚麻子木脂素等各组大鼠体重,阴道涂片,子宫重量、肾上腺重量,子宫、阴道组织的病理形态学。结果苦荞麦类黄酮、大豆异黄酮和亚麻子木脂素能明显增加去卵巢大鼠阴道涂片中上皮细胞数量,但以有核上皮细胞为主,角化的比例不高。子宫和肾上腺重量有增加趋势。子宫和阴道等组织也有一定的改善。结论苦荞麦类黄酮等中药提取物起到了弱雌激素样作用。3个用药组之间的差异不明显。

Abstract:Objective To compare estrogen-like activity of flavonoid and daidzin and linseed lignans in tartary buckwheat bran.Methods Rats' ovaries were removed to make low-estrogen model and then divided into sham group,model group and control group.Vaginal smear,uterine weight,adrenal weight and uterine and vaginal morphology were observed.Results These three ingredients could increase epithelial number,especially nuclear epithelium;uterine and adrenal weights tended to rise;and uterine and vaginal morphology improved.Conclusion These three ingredients act as estrogen-like action.
