| 摘 要： | 目的:进行咳安颗粒的药效学实验。方法:采用止咳、平喘、祛痰、抗炎等指标对咳安颗粒的药理作用进行观察。结果:咳安颗粒明显抑制化学物质引起的咳嗽,减少咳嗽次数;促进痰液的排出,延长,抑制炎性物质的渗出,降低其肿胀程度。结论:咳安颗粒有明显的止咳、平喘、化痰、抗炎作用,可作为治疗呼吸道感染的有效制剂。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To conduct an experimental research for the pharmacology effectiveness of the Ke'an granules.METHODS Observe the pharmaceutical effectiveness of Ke'an in terms of relieving cough,easing,asthma,sputum elimination and inflammation resistance.RESULTS The Ke'an significantly repressed the coughing resulted from chemical substances,reduced the of cough;improved the sputum discharge,extended and decreased the sipping out of the inflammation,and reduced the tumescence.CONCLUSION The Ke'an has obvious effect on the treatment of cough,asthma,sputum and inflammation and can be an effective preparation for treating respiratory diseases. |
