中医体质形成基础之管见

中医从宏观水平研究了体质的形成,体质决定了个体对疾病的易感性,以及发生疾病之后的转归,对临床具有重要指导意义。本文从三方面论述了体质形成的基础。先天体质与父母遗传的信息和出生时禀赋的自然之气不同有关,以自然气化对脏腑气化模式的影响为基础;后天体质与个体生存的大环境不同有关,表现为饮食、地域及流年气候等差异。
